These guys took good care of me. I had a lift installed that I wasn't pleased with. The lift was designed wrong and I'm very picky. Not big o's fault. They worked to get another lift I picked out from a brand they don't typically carry and install it and refund my money from the first lift no questions asked. Very friendly staff and helpful. I would do business with them again. I was afraid the refund process for the first lift would be painful. They made it easy. 90 return policy held up and the new lift looks great.

I had 4 new tires and an alignment done there, when I went to pay the bill it was nearly $100 more than we discussed when I first came in 2 days earlier, the guy at the counter not only misquoted the tires but was also very rude about it and denied it all, and to top it all off, the tires vibrated like hell and I had to take my car to a REAL shop to get it fixed, i'll never set foot in that sh*t hole again!

Lacking in customer service skills. When I called to report an issue after getting my alignment "denial" seemed to be the defense to leaving a critical bolt loose or removed causing my rear wheels to drift. The tow link was laying against my rear wheel which was the only thing preventing my wheel from going sideways. It was a brand new part, installed 2 days prior to alignment. They tried to blame my mechanic - when there was NO ISSUE with the rear of the vehicle Prior to taking it to them. I am offended by the arrogance I heard in his voice.
