When they do it right, it's the best. When they do it wrong, it's epic.

I do love this hotel. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated and clean. The housekeeping staff deserves major major kudos for their work. In addition, the ladies who staff the dining area are top notch. Everyone who works at this hotel is exceptionally friendly.

The only downsides are that you absolutely cannot request a specific room and when there is a mixup on charges, you may have to dispute with your cc company. We stayed there not long ago and reserved two rooms. They charged us for three rooms. After investigation, it was found that they had placed a hold on our cc for the amount of one room (a first...we have stayed there several times in the past without a hold being initiated). So, my available credit on that card has been reduced until the hold drops (almost a month after we stayed). I can understand holds with debit cards, but with credit cards, it's completely unnecessary since the card is charged upon checkout. They know the funds are there.

This is the best Hotel I have stayed at in this area. The staff is very friendly & the rooms are nice. As soon as you walk in they start treating you like family. Crystal is the Hotel Manager. She goes above & beyond to make sure your stay is the best you have ever had.
