I've had to use Express Towing twice within two months (I have bad luck with cars), and both times Andy has gone above and beyond the call of duty. Both times he's not only done his job with the utmost professionalism, but also managed to get me laughing even after one of the worst experiences of my life. He is a kind and compassionate person, and I'd definitely recommend his company first and foremost. .. thanks, Andy! :-)

I was stranded at a Terre Haute gas station after running over a deer carcass on the highway. My insurance contacted express towing and recovery. The gentleman was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to direct me on some of the best places in town to get my car fixed. Being from out of town, he gave me the assurance that I needed to get a good nights rest after a horrible evening. I highly recommend Express Towing and Recovery.

12 SEPT 2015, I was heading to St. Louis, moving my mother from Indiana and my car broke down. My mother and I was stuck between Brazil & Terre Haute. 3 hours was home and completely freaking out I called my KIA "Roadside Assistance" (RSA) provider and Andy got the call to come to our aid. Long story short, after my RSA gave us the run around and was more than willing to leave us stranded, Andy was not. Andy was more than willing to drive us all the way from Terre Haute to Ballwin, MO. Andy was a really great guy, more like an Angel, he was very polite, and great down to earth, we wish there were more people out there like him. If he was not already the owner I would call his boss and recommend an promotion.

About two weeks ago I was heading up to Saint Louis to visit a friend when my car broke down in Terre Haute, IN. I was two hours from home and stressed out! While my insurance company contacted Express Towing & Recovery I waited patiently and wondered if my car could be fixed and how I was going to get home.

Andy, the owner of the business, called to verify my whereabouts and was there within 10 minutes. Right away i felt comfortable with him like he could have been a family friend. He went above and beyond literally to make sure every option was explored when it came to my car. Unfortunately my car was not a quick fix and due to the holiday shops wouldn't be open until Tuesday.

Andy offered to drive me 2 hours back home, him having a daughter close to my age he understood my not wanting to be alone in an unfamiliar place so he did what any genuinely nice person would do and took me home.

My family tried to express how grateful they were by giving him some money for food or gas but he wouldn't take it.

I cant thank him enough and my father is so thankful for him being a professional, caring individual.
