Founded in 1978, Hoosier Prairie Elementary serves students in kindergarten through fifth grade. The school offers a range of subjects, including math, English, science and social studies. It serves hot lunch to students under an agreement with the Department of Education to participate in the National School Lunch Program. Hoosier Prairie Elementary has a library that houses general reference materials, magazines, dictionaries, biographies and atlases. Its child care program provides a safe and nurturing environment.
