We visited TerreHault IHPO 1 17 2009 at about noon. The handicap parking was covered in ice, the regular -parking was not. We waited for 30 minuets be fore getting seated, however other people came and waited 5 minuets then was seated. My husband is in a wheel chair and when we were seated we were taken back to a far corner very crowed for a wheel chair, The hostess was rude, when I ask her why we couldnt be seated.

I talked with the manager and his response was to put ice melt out very little and we couldent get seated because our name was last on the list( this was wrong). Not once did he apolagise.

We were with friends and they couldnt belive how we were treated just because we had a wheel chair

The waitress was good and the food.
