I would not recommend Indiana Eye Specialist to anyone. Customer Service was dishonest and inconsiderate, while possessing poor communication skills. I was told multiple times, "Do you have a callback number? We will call you back." I only received one call back out of five times and the call back was to tell me they would call me back. After several attempts to ask about my refund, I was lied to over and over again and verified it with insurance company. I had to walk in personally to get anything solved. I never received an apology for the dishonesty, poor customer service, or the waiting time. Overall Indiana Eye Care Specialist was very unprofessional and rude in my experience. I hope things can change for the better and I pray they do!

These people are warm and sensentive, their prices could be a little more afforable, but all in all a great place !

( I guess they have to pay for the magnificent building and all of the persons sitting around not doing anything until you walk in the door)



I got 2 pair of bi-focals and it cost me over $875.00 not including the eye exam and the fact that I had an eye infection at the time which was another $ 250.00.



Husband got glasses and they were bi-focals and costs $309.00. for one pair.



Crazy, right?



but we are over 40...



what ever...Maybe there is a cheaper place in town that is just as nice?
