The wait in line for return donors is at times long and can take up to an hour to get through. While you’re standing inline there is an employee that does nothing but stand at the front counter and does nothing except tapping on the counter watching the line. I arrived at 7:10 and didn’t get through the check in line until 8:30….there were only 4 people ahead of me. There was only one employee checking everyone in which takes about 5 minutes. However new donors with a fast pass go ahead of the line.

The management seems to careless about how long it takes to get through the line or out the door. They walk around without jumping in to help when needed. IT MAKES YOU FEEL UNAPPRECIATED AS A CUSTOMER!

The ladies that are the heart and soul of the place are Excellent! They get you stuck and taken care of as quickly as they can. Brandi, Keesha, Dee and the rest are under appreciated from what I see!

Bottom line is have plenty of time on your hands when you go to donate because most of the employees are not in a rush to get you through the system!

I also researched for someone to contact about the time and to recommend a solution at corporate and there was no phone number or email!

Love the girls here they are all awesome
