The current staff is extremely rude (Lori). My daughter and I have been in the mall store 3-4 times in the past few months and its always the same. No greeting upon entry, no attempt to help us and the staff would prefer to stand behind the counter and talk to each other while ignoring customers in the store. The manager a few years ago and her staff were excellent and made you feel welcome. It's time for an overhaul of this store.
