Great place for a bike rider. Fun place to shop.

Bought a bike brand new in 2006 and had a good experience with the sales staff. In 2011 i need my tire changed so i took the tire off of my bike and took it in. I got my tire back later in the day and the transaction went smooth and i went home to put it on and go for a ride. It was then when i noticed a 6 inch gouge in my rim. I took the rim back to the service writer to ask what had happend and why i wasnt told when i picked it up. The service writer gave me a bad explanation that was not plausible. Then he said he would use some touch up paint on it to make it look nice. When i got it back i noticed that they did not use paint but a sharpie on my black rim. The mark is now a purpleish color from the marker. They refuse to fix the rim. If they would just have told me honestly what had happened when i first got my tire back and offered to put wheel tape or actual touch up paint on it i would have been satisfied. I will know never step foot in that business again and i have been trying to inform everyone i know of their bad service department. They do have a nice sales department and they usually run some pretty nice sales on apparel and jackets.
