I could write a book. But I'll keep it short. Tommy William's, I would say A+ Holden Auto Repair but he doesn't own the business and the guy who did has asked that he stop using that name so Tommy William's it is. My transmission went out back in March. We contacted Mr. William's because the previous owner of A+ Holden was a well liked and respected man. We didn't realize he no longer owned it. He told us he could fix my car in a week for $1,300. He then proceeded to take my car completely apart and hold it for ransom. He has lied numerous times telling us we could come get it then last minute telling us it wasn't ready. Lying about the problem it went in for. Ripped my front bumper off somehow, didn't put it back on correctly, and blamed me saying it was like that when he picked it up. Also my AC which worked fine before doesn't now and he's saying we told him when he picked it up it wasn't working. I FINALLY got my car back today and the breaks are messed up and my ABS light is on as well as my traction control light. Theres a weird clunking noise when I start going from a stopped position, and no AC.

Part of this is our fault for not having a work order from day one. I get that. But hes has lied, manipulated, even yelled and screamed at us over the last 4 and a half months. While he had my car I tried playing nice. We are getting an attorney, we are contacting the better business bureau. But PLEASE do not fall victim to this kind of treatment.
