I'm so disappointed with this company. They told me that a bunch of work was needed to be done including cost for a permit and extra charges for bring my system up to code. I called the city where we live to see if either of those were required and they said no, we were grandfathered and could repair the system without bringing it up to code and no permit was required for repair work. Do not trust this company, they're crooks. Turns out that half the work they said was needed to be done, doesn't need to be done.

This is the worst company that I have encountered. They looked at the HVAC and gave me a big list of items - AC coil dirty, Leaks in copper pipes, 20 lbs of freon missing, condenser bad and the duct work needs replacement. I had two independent licensed contractors say that all that is required is fill up freon with 3 lbs of R22. After I got that done, it worked fine. I paid only $200 and saved $3000 by not going with Aerotech.
