My lease goes up in 2 months and we for sure will be moving!! Since we have been here there has been 2 shootings, a stabbing, and 3 SWAT drug busts!! This is not the place to even consider raising a child... The playground equipment is always disgusting there is always urine (yes human urine) on the slides.. I refuse to let my children outside here because I fear for their safety.. They say on this listing they allow pets but they do not.. However people keep bringing more and more pets and letting them do their business on the sidewalks. I haven't seen 1 security guard here since the second shooting, and that was before the stabbing! Gated community? HA!! The back gate is broken and they refuse to fix it, so now all the bad neighborhood kids come and play on the property, they are the ones that vandalize the playground equipment! The units are all infested with ROACHES and MICE!! And to add to it all they have 1 big unit that controls the temperature (hot/cold) for all units.. Yes you can choose your temp inside your home but you are unable to run your heater in the summer or ac in the winter. And even with residents complaining about the cold weather they will not turn on heat. Never again will I make this mistake!

This place IS actively dangerous. With fights every night. Drunk loud people screaming and of course the drug and gun problem. If you have children it is not a safe place to live. The roach problem that they wont fix, the "newly renovated" means they painted and thats it. When i moved in the floors were stained and dirty and fridge still was filthy my tub looks disgusting and peeling and one of my bathrooms i cannot use. I am goving honest advice that no one gave me when i moved here.
