I paid this company $700. They cashed my check and schedule 5 installation dates but never showed at any of the times. My partner had to take 2 vacation days, I had to take 2 vacation days and the other day was Good Friday which we had off but they still didn’t show. After months of frustration, they have e-mail me to say they are not going to fix the door and they were going to send my money back. They claim to have mailed the check on April 7th, I still don’t have it. They will not return my calls or my emails. I have reported them to the BBB

We felt Mr. Peden did a good job on installing new thresholds, weather stripping and adjusting our doors until we had a really hard rain. Water came in under one of the doors and we called him for help. I have made 7 phone calls (none of which are answered or returned); emailed him and paged him and still have not heard from him.

On one attempt I finally spoke with his wife who said he would come out the following Monday to check the door, but he never showed and no one called. Evidently they do no stand behind their work.
