Do not use their service department. They charge you for work not completed and send you home with broken equipment.

I agree with Jay. I took an Ariens Zoomer in for a head job. The ticket writer wanted me to sign a blank work order. When I was unloading the mower at home I noticed the old oil filter was still on it. They had charged me for an oil and filter change. They had also charged for an air filter. The old one was fairly new. When I checked the air filter there was none. Went back for a refund on parts not installed and get old parts. In with the old parts was a 20 inch hose. When I asked Jerome and Bryan about the hose they did not bother to look in the parts list to see what it was. i was treated as if I was pulling a scam. No one questioned the mechanic. Bryan wanted me to bring the mower back in and let them change the oil. I live an hour away. They did refund the cost of the oil,oil filter and air filter. I looked on line and the hose is part # 2532608S HOSE, EVAPORATIVE 20in. So now I have to see if I can put it on without removing the intake. Same as Jay, I do not feel they deserve a star, but there is a one star minimum.

Run away from the service Dept., they will take you for everything you got and then more.....DO NOT Take anything there for Servicing!!!! Period! Gave a 1 star rating cause I was forced to, or I would have rated it a -5.
