If I could put no stars for this grooming salon and the owner I would! Before I start I would like to say on several occasions she has been terribly rude to my mom and I almost every time we went into her salon! So now on to why you can’t trust the owner with your dog in her care rather it’s at her salon or in her care period! The owner Brenda Baker took advantage of the fact that I need to do long term boarding while I was in the process of moving, she told me she was licensed to board animals(which I later found out that she is not licensed to board!) I then dropped my sweet Bailey (my dog) to her and then proceeds to give her everything that bailey needed since that was our agreement that I would provide baileys health care, and vet bills! November through January I provided food, supplies food bowls, dog house, water buckets and vet bills such as heartworm treatments, grooming, and anything else bailey may have needed. Come January I went to give Brenda a 30lb bag of the dog food she requested I give Bailey, she then refused to take it and told me that I was a horrible pet owner and even proceeded to verbally and physically assault me, so I had to leave her property and my dog. 4 months later I had to go to court and pay her $610.00 to get my dog back when this woman pretty much stole my dog from me. Come to find out when I had took my dog to the veterinarian, the doctor had informed me that my dog had shown signs of abuses and also noticed that she had a large place on her neck that looked like she had a collar on way to tight and that she also was not bathed, her nails were over grown, also her sides were shaved off too short. My poor bailey is terribly afraid of loud noises, and of water;which she had never been afraid of either one of those things! So I do not recommend leaving your dog at her shop nor her home! DO NOT TRUST THIS WOMAN WITH YOUR FURBABIES!

I well be back everytime for now on. Not only did they make my baby feel good but they made me feel good got bringing him up there. I will be back. I love them.

First visit, nails clipped (only $5). Second visit, a full groom. I was apprehensive and they invited me to stay and watch. Fair prices. My dog liked both ladies. Tomorrow he goes for 2nd grooming, Both ladies are gentle with the dogs - and even take them out if dog gets "antsy". (We all must be sure to WALK OUR DOGS before we go there.) Definitely will groom there again.

I am very pleased with both their grooming and handling of my precious 3.5 lb shorkie, Abagail. I will definately bring her back to them for her next grooming!

Rude, horrible customer service, will not ever do business w/hot dogs again and if u care for your dog you wont either, they dont even deserve one star

This is the first groomer I have used since moving to Terrell and they do a great job on my Belgian Tervuren and my Ragdoll cat. Thank you
