Provided by YP.comWent in for an oil change and got a free car wash. Now I go often for the car wash and detail. There is a guy there named Rick. He will leave your car looking brand new inside when he is done! I make sure I tip him really well because I have paid much more at other places for detailing, and the other places do not do half a good job as this young man does. I keep telling family and friends to go there! The shop people are good people too!

Provided by YP.comI dig the shop. It's simple, they're good people, and they really helped me out with a problem I didn't come in for (side-mirror issue) when I was there for an oil change. No additional charge. It was a simple fix, but that's big to me. Win.

Provided by YP.comMy wife and 7 month old daughter took my vehicle to Kwik Kar Lube and Tune to have brake pads installed on the front., which they advertise they do. After just two weeks there was this horrible grinding noise coming from that area and had very minimal brakes available. I took the vehicle to a reputable facility to have the brakes inspected again and found that the brake pads had been installed backwards causing extensive damage to the vehicle. I called the owner of Kwik Kar and explained what had happened and he wanted me to drive the vehicle approx. 25 miles to his location so he could "take a look at it" . I refused to drive it due to the safety issues that had been caused by Kwik Kar. The owner then refused to come look at it himself and said he would send a tow truck to get it. I again refused. Kwik Kar has proven a disregard for the safety of my family by releasing the vehicle to my wife and daughter with work that was not performed correctly the first time and caused extensive repairs to the vehicle. We paid the charge for Kwik Kar to install the pads correctly the first time, why should we have to be inconvenienced further by all this. The owner has refused reasonable reimbursement for the repairs. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!! If they didn't care for my family's safety, why would they care for anyone else's.
Well, unfortunately I was not able to drop what I was doing (caring for other satisfied customers)to personally go get the vehicle which is why I offered to send a tow truck. You see, we do stand behind our work and will do everything we can to accomodate the needs of all of our customers. I will admit I was a bit skeptical of this customers "story" because it is not likely a pad could have been hung backwards and if it were it would be making the terrible noise immediately and not after 2 weeks. The vehicle was not making any noise when it left our shop and there was no indication of any safety factor. Finally, we informed the customer that the vehicle needed a new rotor and that simply replacing the pads was a waste of time and money. The customer declined to have the job done right and asked us to just hang the pads which they provided which is why I suspect the customer was simply trying to get me to pay for his failure to properly amintain his vehicle.
