My case was recklessly represented by Houston Smith. He handled my accident case as recklessly as the driver who rammed into my rear end. I had to go to court, which the case should not have gone, and ended up having to pay ALL of the medical expenses that were incurred during my treatment, which I was told that I would NOT have had to pay even if the law office loss the case, which inevitably Houston Smith did. I promised to tell ALL of my friends about him. Friends, you have been forewarned. Don't choose Houston Smith Law Office. Seek someone else more credible.

Houston may be great, but the rest not so much. After a vehicle accident my husband and I hired them. We went for over two weeks with no contact with them, not knowing what had been done or even hearing from the other insurance company. Needless to say we broke down and called the other insurance company. We got more cleared up with them in 30 minutes than the "lawyer" got cleared up in that much time. We also realized that our "lawyer" hadn't even contacted them because they didn't know we were already represented. We called Nga, the "lawyer" and told her our concerns. She claimed she would investigate and call us back that day. Never heard from her. Our conclusion, we're better off keeping our money to ourselves.
