They are the best Starbucks to go to, great people work there, friendly, wonderful Lattes can't say enough good things about this place

The worst Starbucks I have ever done business with. Avoid JOSH at all cost! He is rude and wanted to tell me when I asked that my drink be made like I ordered it (with NO foam) that it didn't have much foam. In my world - NO FOAM means NO foam - not however much foam you choose. Once he scooped out over an inch of foam, he did not top off the drink as would be expected nor did he put a lid on my cup. When I let him know it was missing the lid, he tossed one in the direction of my cup. When I tried getting the lid on myself, the drink spilled and he never even offered to make another one nor did he say I'm so sorry. I'm not sure what corporate headquarters is thinking with this store, but they should definitely get the staff there under control. I recommend you keep driving to another Starbucks. Paying six bucks for that will not happen for me ever again. OH ... and when you have a bad experience at any Starbucks corporate store, do what I did - CALL CORPORATE at (800) 782-7282 and complain!! They cannot fix what they do not know is a total disaster!!! The lady I spoke with was shocked at the things I told her happened in this store.

If you are a parent of a child in diapers, definitely do not go there! There is not a changing table in either bathroom to change your child, and the bathroom is filthy. When I complained to the manager, and told her hat I should have used a table to change my precious daughter. She informed me that would be a health code violation, and she would not allow that. Can you believe that!?!? I was LIVID!!!! The health code violation should have been exposing my precious baby to the disgust of their bathroom. I was so upset with myself the entire time I was changing her that I hadn't commandeered a tabletop. It was so gross in that bathroom, and she kept rolling off the changing mat or touching the nasty disgusting floor. I don't understand why Starbucks would not provide adequate facilities to parents of small children and babies! I will NEVER go back there EVER!! I encourage you not to either. Parents should not patronize establishments that do not respect our most basic of needs when caring for our children. And if you do go there make sure to change a really poopy diaper on a table directly in front of the counter.
