Office failed to submit dental work to insurance. Sent me a bill. I called the office and was told, oh disregard the bill, we need to submit the claim to the insurance. 2 years later I get a letter from a collection agent to regain the money for the bill. When I called the office Dr. Pavalock tells me that if I have a problem paying my bills it is not his problem. I told him I do not have a problem paying bills that I know I have. Well, they 'resubmitted' the bill to the insurance company and the insurance was nice enough to pay even though it was 2 years later. Well there was a balance of $35.00 that the insurance didn't pay and I asked to have that written off because of the hassle I had to go through. Good old Doc said no. I brought the $35.00 cash down to his office and he then instructs his office to write it off, he didn't want my money. BUT the best part is he refused to tell the collection agent about the results and I have a black mark on my credit report for the full amount. He has left this with the collection agent going on 9 years now. What a doc. What a jerk. I have perfect credit except for Dr. Pavalock's false statement and when I get questioned about the dental issue in Terryville, I make sure I use Dr. Pavalock's name.

The office staff was terrible, the dental assistant was terrible and boy dear old Doc turned out to be terrible too.
