This is for One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning that came to my home, however, this company is either part of the franchise for one hour heating and AC since this address is on the invoice.



They charged me $200.00 for one hour worth of work but when I called to ask beforehand about the cost they said the cost was only $79.00 for the first hour. I also explained the problem to the tech in the beginning so during the billing when he said part of the money is a diagnosis fee, I told the tech he didn't diagnose anything since I told him what the problem was and the tech didn't utter a word because he knew he didn't diagnose the problem. Furthermore, the tech had to call another tech because he told me he was not the expert in the area (of why I called) so then why did this tech come to my home if he is not the expert? In addition the website mentions how they clean up every mess after they are finished or the service is free. This is not true on my service call because the tech left empty boxes, cut wire on the floor, electrical tape, wall anchors etc... All over the place in two different areas of my home. To top off my horrible experience with this company the tech spit his gum out in my yard where his service truck was parked because my dog found the gum minutes after the tech left my driveway!!! I also want to mention how they tried to keep selling me additional things not related to why I asked them to come to my house. They tried selling me a $600.00 air filter which is absurd, but the best part is my system is brand new so after I didn't accept then he tried selling me some additional absurdly priced (so-called) saving options? I told the tech I would pay the fee, but I will never use their services again and nor will I recommend the services to anyone. Please beware and call at least 3 places for quotes. Don't let anyone try selling you additional items when it's not even related to the issue at hand.
