I have left several messages for Tom Wollenberg who owns the company and still one week later have not received a call back due to reviewing the camera and voice footage of Thursday March 29th 2018 of a drivers extremely unprofessional yelling and hostile attitude. This upset the special needs student tremendously and it made for a difficult day for him. This could have been a teaching moment for the driver but Tom has decided to wait the 7 days and think all data is lost. WELL some of us are smart enough to carry a tape recorder due to
the unethical practices of today all around us.

Being a former member of this team i would not send my kids with this company.

I saw safety issues first hand

and it was very clear that student safety was not the first priority.
