I would grade them a D-.

1: When they did our siding, they pulled out the gas pipe from our stand alone generator and then one of their worker said, the gas smell is normal." Huh?.

2: The they didn't replace the braces under the bay window until I insisted that they do so, or they would bear the responsibility when the window falls out.

3: They said we needed new dormer windows. So we gave them a deposit in May and had to ask twice for our money back in Sept. as they had not yet done the work promised.

4: This year (just before Christmas) we had a leak in the roof. Bob came on Dec.24th and said his workers would be here Monday after Christmas. Guess what? No workers. Spoke to our management company and they said Lemelin promised he would be here Jan. 7, 2016. Guess what? No workers. No phone call.

5: By the way, they covered several other units dryer vents.



Conclusion. Promises, and more promise, and no show and no courtesy of a phone call!

Workmanship, only barely fair at best. They are certainly not reliable.
