My child's pictures haven't even been taken, yet! They are spouse to get taken, tomorrow. I went on their website, just now, to place my order. The site was so confusing, first off. When I finally did find the order form, I went through the steps, to place my order, so my child would be ready, for tomorrow. That, and all I have is a credit card. There is no place, on the paper for one to write your # on the form, so the website it was. When done placing my order, I clicked, "order." An error message came up telling me I need a purchase number, to write on the form! I never got asked my credit card info! I did the process, again, on the website about 10-15times. Thinking, I may have did something wrong. Nope! It's just not working. Hoping it works, by the time my child goes to school, tomorrow. Or no pictures.
