Outstanding training at The Self-Defense Institute in Tewksbury. The instructors are 'gifted teachers'. They "get it". Adult classes and my child's classes are always amazing! Highly recommend this place!

Great activity for the children at The Self-Defense Institute! They are having fun and getting a fitness workout while learning self-defense/Kempo Karate/Ju-Jitsu/KungFu.

Out of hundreds of martial arts studios in the Northeast, The Self-Defense Institute was chosen in 2012 to receive the Bruce Lee Foundation Award, awarded to Shihan Deb and Shihan Jeff by Shannon Lee, Bruce Lee's daughter. The Self-Defense Institute continues to be recognized by national associations. Congratulations!

The Self-Defense Institute is set on the success of all students. They believe all students are winners whether they place first or last at local, regional or national competitions. They tell all of the students that they are winners and can achieve anything they believe they can. Yearly donations are made to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital, Relay for Life American Cancer Local Fundraising Event, Tewksbury Little League, Socceer, Basketball, etc. Many students cross train in the martial arts to strengthen their town sport activities.

I have no problems Shihan Deb & Jeff they are great with the kids. The rate applies to all its $89 a month maybe more depending on adult & what you are going for. My son loves it there this is his 4th year in August check it out.......
