Needed emergency repair and Town Fair Tire was the closest fix. Jim was quick to help us out and explain what we needed. During the process they had found a major issue that needed immediate attention, not only did Jim take the time to show and explain it, he also went above and beyond to call multiple shops that could fix it at a fair price.
Our visit at Town Fair Tire not only had great customer service, they also had fair prices and quick turn around. I 100% recommend Town Fair Tire in Tewksbury Mass.

I brought my truck on the 15th Or October to Have my rimsswapped I came back today because they were not balanced right steering wheel shaking and I also wanted to put my old rims to a different set of tires and the wholesale manager Brian very unprofessional very rude not someplace that I will come back again soon Jim goul was the right guy to deal with very pleasant very professional and extremely nice som one Ned's to explain to this person about customer service

I bought my tires and rims there last year. I had a problem with 2 of my tires last week and they replaced one for free and fixed the tire value and the tire sensor all for free on the other one. When you buy your tires here the warranty and the service is the best. I am in sales and customer service is very important to my customers and I am very impressed with the service I received here.
