I have lived here for about a year and do not know about previous problems listed. The manager is great and I have not had any issues that were not fixed in 24 hours. Great place to live!

I lived at the complex or one year. They can never keep a manager and the maintenance never fix the problems. There is never anyone in the office except when it is due to pay rent. If you have an emergancy you better call 911 because you can't depend on anyone at the apts to find out about it or to deal with it. They take care of what they want when the want.
