I went into College Hill Hardware last Friday to make a deposit with SWEPCO--I have never been treated so rudely in my life in a place of business. I have had a business on College Hill for 15 years and have spent quite a bit at this store, but I will never be back. It will be worth it to drive across town from now on. The man that waited on me was arrogant, loud, boorish, and so very rude. I have never had to make a deposit there or pay a bill there, so was not familiar with what the process was...also the electric company had given me some wrong info over the phone. Instead of the man being helpful, he was condescending and loud....kept saying how "right he was" . I will never step foot in this establishment again.If I could give the business 0 stars, I would.
