We purchased a hedgehog from this establishment in Texarkana, we had it for less than 24 hours when it became ill and unsociable, they told us that it had a warranty for 13 days if anything happened to it like becoming ill or dying that we could get our money back or exchange it for another animal, however when we tried to get our money back they would not and said they didn't do that but would only exchange it contradicting what they had said earlier and not honoring their word. Finally they would only give us the amount but money they paid for it from their supplier a total of $95 and they charged me $199 for the animal so this business has over a 100% markup. Avoid in business and there dishonorable business practices

Thank you Dog Patch! Called this morning, you got my Cocker Spaniel in to groom as soon as I called. He was a real mess from being outside all summer! He looks great now! He's happy to be back inside the house for Christmas! Thanks so much you all are,AWESOME!

We alway get good Service we bought our hedgehog from there. They make get his supplies easy.

The owner of this store "Lawrence" will rip you off in any way possible. Most of the animals there do not get fed (reptiles & fish for sure). The lizards are always thin looking & sometimes diseased. If you have a problem with your purchase, that's too bad. No take backs or refunds. I had a friend who took their dog to be groomed & the people there shaved the whole dog. The owner was upset, so Lawrence tries to sell her expensive dog food that will make the dogs hair grow back faster. Save your time & money and GO TO PETSMART. At least they give you a 14 DAY guarantee!
