I went up there to get an extraction. The same day I got it a stitch came out and I bled profusely. I was in excruciating pain all weekend and was not able to eat and barely was able to sleep. When I was finally able to get in contact with someone on Monday, I was told that I had developed dry socket. The dentist gave me some gauze and sent me packing. I think this is the last time I will ever use their services.

First and second pediatric visits were fine. Friendly staff. Lab was scheduled for my two sons, only one was actually scheduled by them, and the lady was rude about this. We waited over an hour to get in for a blood draw, after being told since it was the first appt. of the day, there would be no wait. The next appt. was rescheduled, but wasn't actually rescheduled. We drove 1/2 an hour to find out they didn't have an appt. scheduled for my son. They said they'd tried to call about the original appt., but that we were a no show. Our phone shows no record of any calls from them. Not happy with the service. They haven't been able to see my children when they've been sick either. Not organized.



I'm adding to this review. All of 2015, we have had good service, except for lab work not being found. All appts. have been scheduled and the wait is not usually very long. Definitely happier with this. Dr. Calloway is excellent.
