Based in Texarkana, Texas, Opportunities provides developmental and support services for children with special needs. The center was founded in 1966 and assists individuals in attaining full abilities of a life of a community living. It acts as an advocate in creating a community that recognizes the value and abilities of all. It provides its programs for infants, adults and seniors of the community.
