Service was quick, respectful, professional and with a smile. For me it was a perfect. I like the PA and wouldn't hesitate to go back to her for my labs and medicine refills. A great experience at this facility.

please understand that these ratings sites are just garbage. People anonymously post negative things. for every 100 happy customers, there is always that one dissatisfied one who will go on websites and post negative reviews.

I was a Patient of Dr Douglas for about 1 1/2 years. I had a prescription that needed preauthorization. His incompetent staff expected me to do this even though it was their job. I brought the problem up to the office manager and she lied about me yelling at her so the doctor would not longer see me. I had an appointment but Dr Douglas would not listen to me. He obviously thinks he staff should not waste their time doing their job. I would not waste my time on this doctor. I wish someone would have told me how incompetent they were before I ever became a patient!!!
