1. They will "FEE" your account to death and beyond. EXAMPLE: They will apply withdrawls before deposits, then charge you fees for overdrafts when if they had done it the other way around, there would not have been an overdraft.

2. Their automated phone system is useless and a waste of time. EXAMPLE: "Press 3 for Hours of Operation"... this option gets you a shpeal about how you can find this information on their website. It never gives the hours. This is not helpful when you have called from the car and on your way and want to know if they are open.

3. At the main office, it is nearly impossible to talk to a real person. EXAMPLE: The inside teller stations are computerized video screens of someone I can only assume is on the other side of the wall. Makes coin business impossible at this branch, unless you sign in and wait forever to see someone. Again, huge waste of time.

If you can, find another place to bank!
