I moved here from michigan, my son's new case worker here in the texarkana office did not know how to do her job, my son is Autistic and she stated he made 38, 000 in 2 years, (my son doesn't work) so he was denied. He has drawn SSI his entire life. It has been 3 months and they have still not reinstated his case, they never return calls I call every day just to be told that his new case worker is unable to talk to me. I have begged these people to call me back, I've requested to have a supervised to call me back, and never have they returned my calls. This is the worst office I have ever delt with they all need to be fired. I did file an appeal, on the 1st of September but I haven't heard from anyone. My son has rent that I personally had to borrow from family members to pay it. My son is 25 years old he he got screwed severely from this office.
