What a joke! I had my husband take my laptop here to repair the charging prong. My laptop is fairly brand new only used 3 times.They kept it for a week and repaired the piece but they also ruined my computer. When it was picked up they said it would be a minute they were updating it. WTF??!!!! I don't care who you are, you don't just "Update" someone's stuff without them seeing for themselves what is going on. Now I have a laptop and the touchpad doesn't work! When my husband called to ask what was up they said come at 4. Now they said the only way for it to work is in safe mode because it has too many viruses? What kind of Bullish is that? There was no viruses it was very fast and the touchpad worked! The guy was too shady to even face my husband and give him answers so he hid in the back. Coward. Now I have to pay someone else to fix it correctly. Thanks a lot for taking people's money when times are already hard enough. 160.00 to be exact! Rip off! They'll fix it alright, and then some!

This place deseres NO RATING...and NO BUSINESS! Brought a lap-top in for repair for eratic video pn the screen. They charge $40.00 for dianostics and it was explained that the charge would be applied to the cost of repair if it was decidedto do the repair. Fair enough and I was told I would be contacted in two days on the cost and status.I called after 3 days and the girl working in the store said she would have to find out from the tech and he was not in and she would call me. No call so I called again, no info again but she did call late in the evening and said it was either a loose wire or the video card came loose and cost to fix it no matter which one would be $150.00; Obviously no diagnostics had been done and I spoke with the Tech and he indicated his experience gae him this dianostics. Ok, not very reputable way but then I was informed I needed to pay the difference in advance before they repair it nad in case they could not fix it besides the $40 dianostics fee they would also keep some of the money paid to repair it becuase of the time spent on working on it. He used the comparison of a heart paitent. I try to keep wprk I have done at home to help the economy but I cannot and will not work with someone that conducts this type of SHAM and no good business practices. And to show how great a business person this was he hung up the phone on me after I expressed I would pick the lap top up and I did not want it repaireanced (cost $40.00 for no diagnostics...just a hunch and possibly more if he coud not repair it.) and that I would do everything possible to let other know, his reply " I could not hurt his business" and hung up.



Save yourself some time, treat your computers better and sae yourself $40.00 and DO NOT USE THIS SHAMSTER. This poor business actiity is reasons why others do not keep it at home on work they have done.Additiionally this paying in advance , paying addtioanl if he cannot repair it is not on his paperwork or explained either!



Should rename the company to CORRUPT COMPUTER....not sure he can REPAIR anything so we will leave that out!

The receptionist don't answer the phone during business hours, never had my phone calls returned by the people I asked for. I was asked to come pick up the computer but when I got there I found out it was not worked on so the improvements were not done. The receptionist had no idea about the any of the hardware or software in the computers they sell.
