Provided by YPmobileWe moved in not too long ago.The rumors about the crime and drugs were true about 4 years ago.The complex has been remodeled,taken up by new management.A good credit report is required to live here,which keeps out bums and thugs.It is very quiet,well lit at night,24 hour maintenance and safe.Not to mention the units are spacious.If you have your doubts,just come check them out for yourself.

Provided by YP.comThis complex unfairly denied me for charge offs on my credit report that was from 2005, 2007...
They also denied me for misinformation on my report. Contacted credit bureau was told did not know where they got information, but it did not show on my report.
Did not consider that I have never been evicted, or accursed of non-payment of rent, or any other issues. Did not try to maybe talk to me and maybe reconsider their decision.
Do not try to work with potential residents that can pay their rent.

Provided by YP.comThe apartment complex is very poorly lit at night, especially between buildings. Some lighting has been restored around the pool. Do not believe banners which read "Managment Attitude!" Thugs rule. At least the police know the place and sometimes stake it out. There is a lot of loitering and people hanging out in doorways. The pizza shops no longer deliver here because of the continual fear of robbery.
Please note that Glacier Court Apartments has been under new ownership and management since November of 2008. We have worked hard to create a warm and welcoming experience for our tenants. The company has employed new security and parking regulations that have greatly improved this beautiful lakeside property. All units have been remodeled to some degree and all units are beautiful and I believe the largest in Texas City. If you are looking for a lovely, serene, well maintained property close to major routes we are the proerty for you.
