My daughter's dance recital was in JUNE...it's now October...four months later and there is NO WORD on when we'll be able to get our video...try calling, and all you'll get is a message saying "Sorry this inbox is full" so you can't even leave a message. I was "lucky" enough to get through to their inbox ONCE in the past 4 months to leave a message...where I left my phone # TWICE...and recieved no call back.
