I rented a climate control unit at the storage at the end of May 2016. I went in my unit in October 2016 to get something only to find out all of my belongings were coated in mold and mildrew. When brought to the manager Vickie's attention she absolutely did not care and I was told that there was nothing she could do but move me to another unit. I then asked for corporates number and she informed me that they could not give out the number but she will have them call me. It is now December 2016 and I am STILL waiting on a phone call. I have been calling ever single day and still get the sorry excuse that she is waiting on someone to reply to her. DO NOT RENT HERE!

I have had storage at Smart for almost a year now. The staff are always very helpful and the grounds are always clean. I am female and have to go up there by myself alot and sometimes after dark. I always feel safe and have never had any problems. I have rented at other places before and there was trash and it would smell. Not this place, it always is clean and smells good. I would recommend this place to my friends and family for sure.
