Great team and very knowledgeable! Will refer my friends and family! I use to driver to Kemah but the kids there are rude and add unauthorized things to my account then credit me as to an apology. The guy with the blonde hair at Kemah is unprofessional and uses profanity. I highly recommend Texas City T-Mobile store!

All I can say is WOW!! Went in to get new service and new phone.. Walked in, no one was there. Then from the back came this thing, which I wouldn't employee this chic to do my yard work, much less have her represent my business in sales. She was either pregnant or just fat, I couldn't tell, n neither could my teen daughter, n she was wearing sweat pants and her T-shirt was extremely too smalL and revealed her pooch, which was very unattractive and extremely unprofessional. Then she runs my credit n tells me I'm approved, n that they're running a promotion, 2 lines for $100, plus any phone you can pay half now n the rest on your bill. OK, so where are the phones I can look at? Now she tells me "well, u have to pay full price for our phones, and oh we don't have any phone's"

OK dumb broad, a cell phone store that gives me an offer on a phone, then changes it immediately, and now has no phones? So when I looked at her crazy, she said that she would look in the back to see what they had left. So she comes back with like 5 boxes of all different phone's. Tells me an old piece of crap galaxy 3 was gonna be $300!!! And half the phones I looked at didn't even have the manual in the box, which she couldn't answer as to how I would go about reading up on the phones operations. I asked her why they had no phones if they were a cell store, n her only response was, "we're a franchise" so I asked her where's a corporate store, she didn't really wanna say as she mumbled, n I then told her I was going there. She even had the audacity to ask me if I at least would buy the service, n I told her no. Had I bought service there, I wouldn't have been able to walk away from the corporate store with 2 phones, a tablet, and other accessories for as much as her pos galaxy s3!!!! So, if u want exceptional customer service, awesome very knowledgeable employees, do NOT go to this store in Texas City!! Drive 5 more min to league city, I promise its worth it. Unless you like ghetto nasty trash that acts like you're bothering them n then expects u to help them make a commission!! I should've tipped her, she did desperately need some new clothes and a fill in for her manicure. Ugh. Waste of time. Smh
