After our order was submitted our "ticket was dropped", which we weren't told about until 30 minutes after our order was placed. Our waiter did not inform us, but had another staff tell us and avoided us until the other staff member was bringing our food to the table 20 minutes later. We were to upset to eat and asked for the food to be boxed up, and got a frustrated huff and head shake. Once the food was boxed up and brought to us we just ready to leave without it. Our waiter then simply started sliding new glasses of our drinks on the table. We asked to speak with a manager but no one ever came to talk with us and left without our food and a staff member still bringing us a bill for food we didn't eat or take with is. No one tried to apologize for the mishap and began accusing us of being rude. We have always enjoyed our visits here before and were very disappointed with the service and disregard/disrespectful treatment from staff.
