We've been going to Maza Bar & Grill since they opened. Ignacio, the bartender, makes the best Mojito I've ever had. As for the Top Shelf Margarita, I'm only good for one as it's incredibly good. Their Guajillo sauce with the brisket is out of this world. Overall, I find their food very tasty and freshly made. The salsa is SPICY and awesome good with their crispy chips. For The Colony, this is an especially nice Tex Mex respite compared to the other offerings. Real homemade taste, great atmosphere and friendly people. And the best part? They are open for brunch on the weekends.
