Pizza Inn franchises approximately 410 Pizza Inn restaurants in 20 states, mainly in the southeastern United States, and additionally throughout the world. The company utilizes three types of restaurant formats that include buffet, delivery/carryout and express, that can be adapted to complement any particular site needs and demographics to provide maximum flexibility for the franchisee. The Pizza Inn buffet restaurants offers dine-in, carryout and delivery service. These restaurants, typically seat 112 to 185 customers, and offer a full menu of pizza, pasta, sandwiches, appetizers, salads and desserts, as well as a buffet for both lunch and dinner. It delivery/carryout concept features delivery and carryout service for the dine-at-home customer, while also offering the flexibility to provide limited seating to enhance the lunch business. The third version, Pizza Inn Express, is generally located in nontraditional venues such as convenience stores, airports, arenas, hospitals and college campuses, and offers a limited menu geared around its take-out menu.
