I had an electrical problem on my Leisure Bay hot tub. Only one of the two pumps would come on. I found Shawn on the internet. He had experience with Leisure Bay from experience while working for Recreational Warehouse. He was able to quickly determine the problem as being the circuit board, which to replace would have cost over $350. He was able to rewire the circuitry so that both pumps would work, saving me the cost of having to replace the circuit board. It actually works better now because I only have to push one button to turn on both pumps instead of having to press a button for each pump. He also put my wetend pump back together, which had to be replaced due to the freeze. I would highly recommend Shawn for any repairs needed on any hot tub. After finally convincing my husband to hire someone to fix our hot tub I can not express enough how thrilled we were with our services. Pro Tech Spa sent someone who really knew what they were doing. He explained the issues thoroughly and fixed our hot tub in a timely manner. If you're worried about cost...THIS IS THE PLACE TO CALL!!! We were given a great rate. I can't believe that we actually received great customer service and a great rate all in one!! Super excited to get my girlfriends together and enjoy my hot tub again!

It was very hard to find someone to come out and repair my hot tub around the area. My experience with Pro Tech was nothing less than great service.
