Bought an elliptical there at a good price. It was new but with a few scratches so I was fine with getting half off retail price. However the first machine actually did not work... The roller kept sliding from the track. Fearing a real hassle to return it Victor could not have handled it better. He had me come try out a replacement in the store and then personally delivered it and took back the old machine. I'm thrilled with replacement. The mark of a good business is how they treat their customers when problems arise and I was very pleased with the customer service I received.

I have tried to go to this store twice now & both times doors were locked during business hours.

I bought a used treadmill from second hand sports and its been great!!! The price was great about 1/2 of a new one , and my sister bought a elliptical witch she loves, Thanks victor.

second hand sports in the colony is the best place i have found for all my pre owen sports and fitness equipment. i had no idea they had such a great selection of sports,fitness and video gaming. my kids and i go there all the time to trade games they sell them cheaper than game stop i love this place!!!!!!! great costumer service it is well organized and theres warranty on most of everything!!!!!!! thanks!! second hand sports and game swap in the colony for your great service. :)
