The Viewpoint has become known as a place to avoid. Have had 3 managers since 2011, each worse than the one before. Current manager is a bully, although I would use a stronger, more personal epithet to describe him. The park is listed as a 55-and-older community, but it is not. There are children living here full time, in violation of a city ordinance. The school bus even stops here! The space rent is half again as much as in the three legitimate over-55 community parks in town. If you enjoy noise, tyrannical management, and regular rent increases, then the Viewpoint is the place for you.

The view is wonderful, but the park is supposed to be 55+. Not true! I believe that the youngest child here is around 2 years old and the ages range up from there. I don't hate people of any age, but when I moved here View Point was listed as a senior park. It is dangerous to have children here because there is no playground for them and when they ride their bikes on roads that are single lanes, they have no where to go if a car approaches. VERY few drivers obey the posted speed limit. I love my place but the park has let me down on the expectations. I will not move because as I said before, I love my place and the view.

Tyrant manager. He is a power freak that should not be here. Owner please address. He bullies the tenants and has no clue of 24 hour notice. He can't bang on people's door anytime he feels like it.
