In 2016, Andrea Montealegre, co-owner & Director of Finance, handled the daily operations and quality control of the restaurant. Unfortunately, as many other business, during the COVID crisis, Mezzaluna had to close its doors for some months. In 2020, Germán and Andrea reopen Mezzaluna, this time with Fabián Gómez participation, acting as the Director of Operations and co-partner of Mezzaluna. Furthermore, the three owners invested effortlessly to position Mezzaluna as one of the most popular restaurant in The Villages.
