Provided by YP.comAt first, I was most impressed with the Doctor, who also has Oral Surgery as a skill. He is bright, kind, but the entire office is scattered. I began hearing different prices for the work which was being done. Finally Andrea told me a price. I asked, "OK, is this the final price for the top and bottom teeth (crowns)?" She responded with, "Yes, this is the final price with insurance". Barbara was there at that time and did a great thing and retired. Andrea was taking on all of this responsibility. Andrea lies even if the truth sounds better!
The Dr. whittled down all of my top teeth to make room for my twelve crowns (not sure if I even need them now). I was then provided twelve temporary crowns. I called twice to say, "The temporary crowns are sharp and are digging into my tongue, but also my bite keeps causing me to bite my lower lip." You guessed it, months later, I still have temporaries and it appears my crowns were never made.
I came into the office and waited for over an hour three times, each time hearing that, "The Dr. had a 911 emergency so you will have to reschedule for two weeks later". Why no call, so I could do other things?Second, "The Dr. is in China and you will have to reschedule for two weeks later"...no call letting me know this is advance...again
Finally, the last straw for me was when I walked in, waited an hour, was asked rudely by front desk Andrea, "Do you have the $1900 you still owe?" As it was, I was coerced into using Care Credit aka Synchrony Bank for financing the first $6,000. Later, I find that I have to pay this in six months or the entire $6,000 will be subjected to 27.99% retroactively. I asked Synchrony Bank if I could make this a longer term and was told the Dr. picked this time frame.
I was told multiple times by Barbara and Andrea, "Don't worry about the money, we will work it out. The Dr. is very good at working through your financial issues." I originally felt comforted, that my six month term could be turned into a 12 or 24 month term...wrong and that the additional $1,900 again, for the balance of the upper palet had to be paid in full, or my permanent crowns would not be seated." I felt So Betrayed!
These temporary crowns are still digging into my tongue and cheeks. So, I just paid the first $1,000 to Care Credit and again am told from Andrea, "The Dr. said your deal with Care Credit has nothing to do with their office." Really? Who hooked me up with it in the first place? Who already took the money and spent it before I even had my first impression(s) for the crowns?
My husband and I called and Andrea was rude and hung up on us. We called back and my husband asked her, "You now have $6,000 towards my wife's twelve crowns, we want to pick up the crowns and we will find another dentist to seat these crowns". Of course lying Andrea said, "Legally, we can't do that". My husband asked her why and asked if they have an attorney on staff and the answer was "no".
This office has lost a Wonderful patient and I would have gone there forever. What will they do with the crowns? As mentioned, I question whether they ever arrived...
This office has Very Serious Administrative Problems. I have seen many offices close because of poor front desk and billing representation.
Sad because the Dr. is thorough and kind...but maybe not. Maybe he is telling staff exactly what to say or...perhaps, the staff never asks him my questions...
My opinion...find another dentist as I am now doing.

Provided by YPmobileUsed a coupon for $59 X-rays/exam/cleaning and requested nitrous oxide. They said ok on phone but when I got there no nitrous and they refused to do the cleaning (even tho I paid for it). They said I needed "deep cleaning" for $880 instead, even tho I never allowed them near my mouth with their instruments to check teeth without nitrous first. Everything I've read online says they have to check "pocket depths" around gums to determine if deep cleaning is needed. That never happened. Bait and switch! Don't be fooled!
