Owner is a real class act. Calls people who use pre-ship labels "COST"omers instead of Customers. He gets paid to throw a package in a cart and he complains. Wish there was another place to go because the owner is a rude as they come. Staff is very nice, I feel sorry they have to work for him. Letting Fed Ex know this as well.
