We may also ask you to wash your hands, request you wait in a treatment room or your vehicle instead of the waiting room, or request that you call in payment after your appointment. This location can no longer accept the same patients & new patients due to lack of enough dentists. Their bookings are months out just for cleaning. If you need work done then mininum 2 weeks and that is due to big money on dental talks rather than just teeth cleaning. You will see how far out in advance you will have to book and if you book and as we were told unforseen situation such as electrical outage your SOL. You will not be rebooked for any priority time since it was unforseen and that way their current patients wont be pushed over so there seems to be no wiggle room again based on too many patients. I have taken my family out and trust me their are plenty offices that take many types of insurance. Do not believe Kim (office manager) tell you that FEW offices take a particular type of insurance which is NOT the case. I was able to rebook at a different office within one week. Not months...one week! Please search before using this dental office.
