Almost the same here, I got a card with an estimate. Paid with a check 12/16/11 twelve days later my sign quit working (the half he repaired) He no longer answers any of his numbers I have used or voice mails I have left. I turned in a complaint today to the BBB and have paperwork to file in small claims if the BBB doesn't work. Wish I had searched a little better on the web before giving SighMart (the woodlands) my business!

The owner of this business solicited my business to repair a sign, required a deposit and said the work would be done in two weeks. Six weeks later - no sign, my phone calls and e-mails have not been returned. He also said he could not run a credit card for the deposit, but could take a check. My check of course was cashed.
