Staff was friendly. Glasses were expensive. Picked a plastic Bebe frame for Rx sunglasses and a metal frame for readers. Picked up the Sunglasses and they were bent out of shape. I didn't like them, so I brought them right back (They have a 30-day money-back guarantee.) Was given a bit of a hard time, but finally found another Bebe at same price that I like better. The fit nice and snug when chosen. Two hours later when i picked them up, they were bent out of shape like the last pair and now fit too loosely. She warmed and bent them but not enough. when you open them, the ear pieces splay outward - as if they put it on a bowling ball. She said she couldn't bend them anymore or the lense would pop out. Now they don't fit right and fall off my head if I have to lift them while in doors. This doesn't work for me. I have never encountered this problem before and will be going back yet again. I can only hope they don't ruin my readers too. (I pick them up next week.)
